Serves: 48 cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Refrigerate dough as directed.
  2. Roll chilled dough on a floured board or pastry cloth to ⅛ inch thick. Cut out with 3-inch foot-shaped cookie cutters. Transfer to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in the center of the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until faintly golden.
  3. If desired, ice cooled cookies with Poured Fondant Icing that has been tinted blue, pink, and/or yellow. Otherwise, just dust them with confectioners’ sugar after baking.
  4. Serve cookies in a pastel basket lined with pink, light blue and yellow napkins. Tie a pink, yellow, or blue bow on the basket handle.
